Understanding the Thoughts that Shape Life with MS – MS Society webinar

Living with MS can be physically challenging, but many people find that some of the hardest struggles happen inside their own minds.

This webinar will explore;

  • How thoughts, feelings, physical symptoms, and behaviours can influence one another
  • Why we often become more aware of emotions such as anxiety, frustration, or low mood before we notice the thoughts driving them
  • How to identify common unhelpful thinking patterns that can develop when living with MS

The speaker is Professor Rona Moss-Morris is Professor of Psychology as Applied to Medicine at King’s College London and a globally recognised leader in health psychology and digital therapies for long-term conditions. Her work in MS has previously received the MS Society Research of the Year Award.
