Hello (3)

Update from the Berkshire MS Therapy Centre – 13 November 2020

November 12, 2020 | Southmedia

Your weekly update

Ah, Friday 13th! It feels like the whole year has been a cursed day.

Superstitions aside, it has been another heavy news week with potentially good news about vaccines and quick turnaround tests. The news is of course encouraging and we hope any vaccine will be MS compatible. Whilst scientists continue their good work, we will continue ours. We are beyond thrilled to say that we have the green light from our insurance company and we will be restarting oxygen on Tuesday 17 November (yes, next Tuesday!). Before you book it is really important you read this page for all the information: https://www.bmstc.org/blog/restarting-oxygen-treatment

Last weekend was the Winter Draw. The winners are being contacted and we will look forward to an update from Yvonne next week. We would like to thank Stepping Forward for organising the Winter Draw and helping us raise vital funds. We are asking for your help today and for you to nominate us for a £1,000 from Ecclesiastical. Find out more here: www.bmstc.org/blog/nominate-us-win-1000. The more nominations we receive the better our chances so please share with everyone you know.

This week we are also bringing you

  • The benefits of Pilates including details of our Pilates classes with Ligia: www.bmstc.org/blog/benefits-pilates
  • Tips on staying warm and saving money from SSEN: www.bmstc.org/blog/stay-warm-and-save-money

We can’t wait to restart oxygen treatment!

Have a good week,

Pip and the BMSTC team
