An update from the Berkshire MS Therapy Centre
When I wrote the blog last week it was brilliant sunshine and now the April showers have arrived rather late.
As I type I hear the birds singing away, obviously rehearsing for International Dawn Chorus Day on Sunday. On the first Sunday in May, people all around the world wake up before sunrise to tune in to the beautiful melody of tweeting birds. This year the bird song is clearer and louder due to the quietness of lockdown so this will be a great year to get involved.
Whilst we are apart, we are doing all we can to come together and I am pleased to say that on Monday we will be launching our virtual coffee morning. For obvious reasons, it is bring your own cake and coffee. Read here for more information and how to sign up.
We mailed out this week to our members who do not receive emails this and we included some jokes including:
My wife is really mad at the fact that I have no sense of direction. So I packed up my stuff and right.
Trust me the others were equally as …..good? If you have some jokes you would share please send them in, but only if they are appropriate.
Please take care of yourself and stay safe
Pip and all the team
