Having a healthy brain that functions well is important for people living with MS. There are things you can do to keep a healthy brain which include some lifestyle changes, sleeping well, and keeping an active mind. In this webinar, we will explore the steps you can take to look after your brain while living with MS.

You’ll be joined by Dr. Agne Straukiene, a neurologist, researcher, and MS specialist. Dr Agne leads Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust’s MS team and is host and founder of the BeeWelllwithMS podcast In her podcast she interviews expert guests and shares knowledge to help guide you in your MS journey.
