A reminder that the Centre closes at 2pm on Friday 22 December and reopens at 9am on Tuesday 2 January. If you are interested in volunteer-led oxygen therapy on 27 or 30 December, please contact the Centre before we close on Friday 22 December. Oxygen sessions must be booked in advance.
Don’t forget, if you would like to exercise at home over the holidays, you can access our new online videos anytime on our website.
