We recently handed out certificates to our Go1984 team members to thank you for all your support. We know some of you really enjoy receiving these and will be displaying them with pride. If you haven’t received yours yet, please ask your physiotherapist as we still have some to hand out.
Some of you have indicated that you would rather not receive paper letters and certificates for donations made or joining in with our challenges. Thank you for letting us know your preferences so are aware of them for the future.
Please bear with us. Our current system has limitations and we are working on upgrading this. Over the next year we will be adopting a new database which will help us manage this (and lower our costs).
In the meantime, if you prefer not to receive paper letters from us please complete the form below (we will be asking again once our new database is up and running!) If you do not complete this form, we will assume that the preferences we already have for you on our database are still valid.
