We are resuming surface pressure oxygen therapy from Tuesday 6th April.
Sessions will run Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays at 10.00am, 11.30am, 1.00pm and 2.30pm.
Appointments are available on a first-come-first-served basis. If you would like to book a regular weekly or fortnightly session, please complete the form below with your first and second choice. Please note, due to high demand, we are only able to accommodate one booking per person each week.
