Could you help this study aimed at reducing the impact of fatigue for people with MS?
A message from the REFUEL-MS research team;
REFUEL-MS is an exciting new 5.5-year research project aiming to create a digital intervention to help manage and reduce the impact of fatigue for people living with multiple sclerosis (MS). This programme is being led by Professor Rona Moss-Morris at King’s College London who has been researching fatigue in MS for over 20 years. This research is so important, as we intend for it to be implemented within NHS services as part of routine care and has been awarded a £2.5 million grant by the National Institute of Health Research (NIHR) and the MS Society.
At this stage, we are reaching out to people living with MS and involved in MS care to understand their experiences and perspectives to inform the development of our treatment.
Therefore, we are currently looking for the following groups to take part in our research, by sharing their experiences in a focus group discussion or a one-to-one interview:
- People living with MS (especially people from underrepresented or underserved groups in the MS community).
- Paid carers and informal caregivers (including loved ones) of people with MS.
- Healthcare professionals working with people living with MS.
If you are interested in being involved with REFUEL-MS please get in touch via email or telephone on 020 7188 2606. We are always happy to have a chat and answer any questions!
We hope to hear from you soon.
