We’re thrilled to announce that our lift has been fixed today (Wednesday 27 August) and is now working again so access is fully restored to the first floor. We know it’s taken longer than we’d hoped to fix the lift so we’d like to thank everyone for their patience and understanding.

There’s still time to express an interest in possible craft workshops at the Centre. We are thinking of setting up some craft workshops on a Thursday afternoon from 1.30pm to 4.30pm in the Zoom room, subject to levels of interest. There would be a cost of around £10-15 to secure your space, payable in advance

Reading Festival takes place over the August Bank Holiday weekend off Richfield Avenue. Traffic is expected to be particularly busy in the area on 20, 21 and 22 August so please allow extra time for your journey to the Centre during this time.
