Yesterday, we hosted two very useful training sessions at the Centre about Manual Handling for Carers. The sessions explored moving and handling techniques and efficient postures to look after yourself and prevent injuries associated with caring duties. Our Trustees and staff have been working for several months to select the best replacement database for Berkshire MS Therapy Centre. The database (known as a CRM, or Customer Relationships Management system) is a vital tool for supporting fundraising. With no money coming from the NHS, an effective database keeps the Centre going by securing
Our Tai Chi teacher Jackie wishes to reduce her workload and has therefore decided to discontinue her weekly Thursday Tai Chi class at the Centre after this week (9 January. Jackie has been teaching at the Centre since 2018 and we are very grateful for all she has done and wish her all the best
